Training.
I started my career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer in Feb 2011. At the same time CrossFit caught my eye and in Dec 2011 I completed my CrossFit Level 1 certification to become a coach. Since then I have gone on to complete the CrossFit Level 2 and 3 certifications becoming one of only a handful of CrossFit Level 3 coaches in Australia. Acquiring my weightlifting coaching qualifications in 2012 was a natural progression from CrossFit and since then I have completed training to become an AWF Level 3 National Weightlifting/Sports Power Coach (Intern).
Working with people to reach their goals is what I enjoy most about my job. For some of my clients this is committing to 3 training sessions a week and for others it is qualifying for an elite level of competition. I have realistic expectations of my clients to encourage consistency and decrease the risk of burnout or injury. I believe that no fitness goal is too simple that it can’t benefit from having an experienced coach and trainer work with you to reach it.

Personalised group training
Cost: $100 per hour (maximum 5 people, $20 for every extra person).
Do you have a group of friends that are looking for a fun environment to catch up and improve fitness at the same time?
Personalised group training sessions are an enjoyable and non-judgemental environment to start or return to exercise. The training program is personalised to your group based on the group goals and sessions can be scaled up or down for each individual in the group making it suitable for all fitness levels and experience.
Group size is deliberately capped at 10 people to ensure a personalised approach.
The training sessions can take place in a local space anywhere from Indooroopilly to Kenmore.
