I started my career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer in Feb 2011. At the same time CrossFit caught my eye and in Dec 2011 I completed my CrossFit Level 1 certification to become a coach. Since then I have gone on to complete the CrossFit Level 2 and 3 certifications becoming one of only a handful of CrossFit Level 3 coaches in Australia. Acquiring my weightlifting coaching qualifications in 2012 was a natural progression from CrossFit and since then I have completed training to become an AWF Level 3 National Weightlifting/Sports Power Coach (Intern).

Working with people to reach their goals is what I enjoy most about my job. For some of my clients this is committing to 3 training sessions a week and for others it is qualifying for an elite level of competition. I have realistic expectations of my clients to encourage consistency and decrease the risk of burnout or injury. I believe that no fitness goal is too simple that it can’t benefit from having an experienced coach and trainer work with you to reach it.
